    Default Help finding Power Adaptor

Yes, i have Googled and Searched and looked and looked
I just can't seem to find an exact replacement for this 240V Power Adaptor.
I did find a similar one on eBay, matching Voltage and Current, DC was slightly different size, but it did the job.

This time i'd like to find the exact item below, which is the OEM Power Adaptor for the prodoct.
Yes, i could buy the Replacement from the AU product supplier, but i find $120.00 a bit OTT for a basic power adaptor.

    Anyone care to help out
I must be getting too old.

Don't know how much they want for it, OB, but this crowd seems to have what you're after:

This is one i used previously, it worked for 1 year, then failed even though it would still output 24vdc
The current side must have failed, because the Battery Charger it supplies power too, would not work correctly

They've got an "Add to basket" link.

I added one into the basket, and then had a look....it was in there, but no price shown......just "Inquire now".

    But you're right.........looks like an OEM-type site.

Also found this Oz supplier, but they want $105.60:

They are offering Free Postage over $50.

What is it to charge? Looks to be a laptop PSU, of course the plug for the device might be an issue if you purchase a generic one. I'll have a look through my collection of old PSUs. If I have one, it's yours.
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

This is the OEM unit for sale in AU

I just can not come at $120 for something that should only cost $30 at best

And as the OEM unit died in 2 years, replacing them is getting $$$
(This will be my third Adaptor in 4 years)

The usual reason for failure in these units is the caps.
Break the faulty one open and look for bulging caps.
I am sure a member local to you can change them for you.

Already did that, nothing physical could be seen
But i do appreciate a Cap can be blown without it bulging.

There would only be a couple of caps. Just replace them all.
