Yes entirely correct, thanks for that correction. However the Spam Act is administered by the same mob, the ACMA and the appear much the same: government bodies; registered political parties; registered charities and educational institutions (sent to current and past students and their households), with the addition that purely factual messages are also exempt. The Act seems to include everyone unless you've opted out by ticking a contact permission box somewhere or doing business previously, so it's even stricter than the DNCR where you have to actively opt in by registering.

    A though just occurred.
What if the yes mob used their door knocking appeal to collect vote papers.
"So, if you're not going to vote, do you mind if I take your paper" ?

Additionally, where's the 'unsubscribe' link as required by legislation? Not in the SMS and not even to be found after clicking the link which identifies the sender. Is that a 'gotcha!'?

I find it rather amusing that the "YES" campaign complained about the sky writing of the "NO" campaign and then have the temerity to invade a person's privacy. Visit to the doctor to remove bullet fragments from their feet is in order, methinks.
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

Ah, equality at its best yet again. You cant promote a No vote, but you can yell racist abuse at people.

That would cause a bit of a dilemma for some people.. LOL

But yes, obviously one of the "free speech, as long as you agree with me" brigade.

This world is still dominated by heterosexuals I would hope.

The word Marriage has always referred to heterosexuals. It represents a marriage between a women and a man, which is part of the homo sapient cycle of life of bringing up a family and contributing the survival of our species. Same sex couples have already in place the same legal rights as married couples once they register as same sex couples.

In the last sensuous only 47000 declare themselves in a same sex relationship. It seems they are trying to take over the world. I am married means your partner is of the opposite sex. They YES campaign is trying to hijack the marriage institution so that they can hide their homosexuality behind the marriage vale.

    What next:

    1. Automatically grant refugees status to all homosexuals world wide because they are oppressed elsewhere, not being able to get married. Let them come in and take over the place.

    2. Separate schools for children of same sex couples because they are being bullied as is the case now..

    3. Prosecute anybody who refuses to provide any service to homosexuals including religious clergies who refuses to preform marriage ceremony, wedding cake or anything else because of their personal believe. Goodbye freedom.

This has already happen in Tasmania…of which the Irish leader of the Yes campaign refuse to condemn.

I am appalled by the viciousness, aggressive and the bully behaviour through and through. Not to mention Tony Abbott's headbutt. I have nothing against Homosexuals, my best friend was homosexuals but regrettably he was assassinated by his former lover.

You can call me a Homophobic racist, the sight of two men being intimate runs shivers down my spine. I believe that Homosexuals and Transgender, are a natural phenomenon which some times occur when certain genome are present which should not be there. It’s a mutation which happens regardless. Maybe it is there to curtail the ever expending population on planet earth.

B52, if homosexuality is a mutation do you take the view they are born as homosexuals? Most NO voters I speak to opine it's promoted as a lifestyle choice through Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras etc.

Gay's, Transgender including AC/DC definitely not a life style choice they are born that way.. The orientation manifest itself on or before puberty.

    Plenty more on google.

There's plenty more on Google saying otherwise too.
Anyway, if they have found a gay gene that's great because now they can work on a cure.

Misinformation and fake news deliberately cause confusion about gay’s and transgender.

Research has found certain genomes of the opposite sex are present. There’re different levels of that geno phenomenon which have the following outcomes.

Transgender… sex in wrong body… Use all within their means to convert to the opposite sex …>>>

Gays are of a less affect and are more common. Having cretin female genomes they reject intimacy with a female. And so the only available partner would be another gay man.

    Lifestyle choice? no way....>>

Lesbians having that male geno are attracted to other women but since heterosexual women reject same sex intimacy, the only partner would be a lesbian.

ACDC. are mildly effected. They are not put off same sex intimacy they will experiment with both if the opportunity arrises.

When I read your post, I thought "that can't be right". I can't find the most recent census, but bugger me! Your figure is correct. There were bit over 50,000 individuals in same sex relationships in 2011. Given not all same sex couples actually want to marry (some are even against gay marriage), it's unbelievable that there is so much fuss and bother for such a minuscule segment of the population (around 0.2%). It'd actually be cheaper to say "here's $5,000 for each couple to fly overseas, get married there and return, with a bit of spending money for the honeymoon".

Don't take B52's word for it: here are the figures on the ABS web site:

Nah, I voted no. People are people and 90% are strange. All this euphoric bullshit about if two people genuinely love each other but that's just crap. Minorities have already changed Australia from being a fun bunch of people to a group of undecided genders, vegan fools or roided up dickheads.
My daughter mentioned to me there is now 139 different sexual genders....I always thought there were just poofs and the non poofs. At her previous school she was actually bullied for being "not gay" by a group of leso's. Go figure.

I know my rant sounds very anti gay... I'm not really, you're free to live your lifestyle just stop with the sad stories of why you can't do this or can't do that because of your own choices. Next some dickhead will want to marry his dildo because it's a meaningful relationship.

    I miss my country.

    Two things....

    1. Good to hear from you again....

    2. I couldn't agree more.
The fact that there's a highway to hell and a stairway to heaven says a lot about the anticipated traffic flow.

I'm for gay pride and I think that gray pride meme is great.

Changing this law has zero effect on you if you aren't interested in getting married to the same sex.
