I've just realised how over looked the Spark Plugs in my work vehicle have been!
I think they have been in their for 100,000k's
I just looked up the NGK website, good for 20,000 to 40,000km apparently opps
Funny how i've been fussy over Oils and Filters, yet completely forgotten about something so obvious!
Last time i did them, i changed the Plugs and Leads.
Van drove so well, less throttle percentage needed
Now its sometimes slightly harder to start and fuel economy has been getting worse and worse
I guess this could be plugs beyond their working life?
Any suggestions of better plugs? Iridium or Standard?
Engine is just a basic Toyota 2RZ-E
NGK Spark Plug - BPR5EY is meant to be the plug for the vehicle

Ngk revolution spark plugs with copper core in 1960,s . B,forthat. Had klg , Smith's, would foul quickly. Now copper core plugs common. Now have high energy ignition with large gaps plugs, so last longer b4 misfire notifies of prob.
geez I hate shorthand
Is that what it is? I thought we'd gotten a new forum member for whom English was a distant third language.
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...
