Its certainly no secret the TEN Network is currently facing major changes to both programing and staff in the weeks ahead.
A report in today's Sydney Daily Telegraph suggests both the Formulae 1 and V8 Supercars will not be seen on the TEN Network once their present contract arrangements expire.

Apparently the American CBS Network is taking over?
They said on the news that Ten's production of several Australian-made shows will also get the axe, but I think there's no great loss there, they were all reality TV crap like "The Biggest Loser" (like really, what was that still doing on television anyway)?
I hadn't heard of their motorsport program getting the chop but I can imagine how expensive that content is to buy so not surprising that it would be the first to go.
Get ready for even more American content... sigh
Relocation of a Games Show (Family Feud) to Sydney which should suit Grant Denyar as he will be closer to his home in Bathurst , All News emanating from Sydney, 3 locally made shows in doubt, ie Bondi Lifesavers, Shark Tank and Biggest losers.
Also Lachlan Murdock and Bruce Gordon are still 'standing in the wings' waiting to challenge the sale of the TEN Network to CBS................keen arent they?

Thought Grant Denyar was from Bendigo?, or maybe he cut his tv teeth there !
Think Murdoch and Gordon had that one in the bag at a bargain price until guzzuped

There is a fine line between "Hobby" and "Madness"
With the financial state of the company, there are going to be a lot of cuts. I also read that all news is going to be coming out via Sydney with Melbourne closed.
Probably the sore point will be that Foxtel might pick it up and people will have to subscribe to see it.
Cheers, Tiny

Ah, ok......but it will still piss off people that will now have to pay to see it.
Just out of curiosity, who has the better coverage ?
Unfortunately fox for f1. I can't stand the 10 commentators. Wonder if 10 will keep motogp?
He might be FROM Bendigo but in recent times I have seen two articles on him and in both they say he lives at Bathurst but they gave the impression its 'rural'.
Bathurst is understandable with its motoring museums and the Mount Panorama Circuit holding numerous events of all sorts through out the year to suit a Rev Head like him .....
