    A relative returned to me a couple of Dreambox DM500S's the other day.

    Are these of any use these days?

    Or will that just suit 1200 MHz digital Amateur Television Receivers?

    Not only HD. Skybox has released a new HEVC & HD stb which I will get as there are a few FTA HEVC channels on SES9.

    CCTV5+ Sports Illustrated and Videoland sports. There are more HEVC fta channels that are available.
