Default Bosch 6000 Comms route 1 fail

    Hi
I have just installed a Bosch 6000 with an Ethernet module, radio receiver and about 20 sensors however I keep getting a comms route 1 fail. I have set the route to my mobile number which it keeps dialing every few minutes. Do I need to do anything when it rings my phone to acknowledge it? I can’t understand why it says comms route fail when it seems to be dialing my mobile fine. I’m using the solutionlink software. The line is a wireless fixed line dialer rather than the landline
    Cheers in advance

    Default

Did you do a domestic dial default in Menu 7-0-3 before you did all your main programming to disable all the non required dialling reports?
Did you set your mobile number in Menu 5-1-1?
Set the format to type 07(domestic) in Menu 5-4-0?
And yes the call does need to be acknowledged by pressing the # key on your mobile during the brief silence pause in between the tones.
