seeTHE man who poured boiling water over Daniel Morcombe's murderer in jail claimed he acted "as a voice for Daniel" because the slain teen could not speak out himself. ....... "We are all precious human beings … It doesn't matter how appalling our conduct may have been," Judge Ian Dearden told Adam Paul Davidson,............ He sentenced Davidson to three years jail
He should have given him six months off his current sentence and given him a medal instead.

Is that judge delusional?"We are all precious human beings … It doesn't matter how appalling our conduct may have been," Judge Ian Dearden told Adam Paul Davidson
The fact that there's a highway to hell and a stairway to heaven says a lot about the anticipated traffic flow.
I would want to know a lot more about the Crim who poured the boiling water before rushing off to shower him with accolades and anoint his head in California Poppy in case he was just 'seizing the moment' to big note himself to the other crims.
I stand unequivicably behind everything I say , I just dont ever remember saying it !!
While I have no sympathy for Cowan, it's not up to some P.O.S ex bikie scum to be dealing out his idea of justice. He also deserves everything he gets.
The Judge finally sees sense-
He must have read the details of the public outcry over the extra jail time he ordered. seeA Queensland prisoner who tortured Daniel Morcombe's killer by pouring hot water over him has been released on parole.
Adam Paul Davidson was sentenced to three years' jail last month for the vigilante crime, but Brisbane District Court Judge Ian Dearden decided to take 'a chance' on the father-of-four and grant him early release.
I put forward to our government, my choice for the position of chief magistrate..............

I agree with the judge, just because you are a lowlife scum, does not give anyone the right to enact their form of "justice" upon you because they think it is appropriate. Could you imagine having an accident where you are found guilty, despite numerous extenuating circumstances, and given a suspended sentence because of those circumstances, and then find that all and sundry are punishing you for their "perceived hurt" as a result.
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

It isn't up to some random crim to dispense his own justice, nor expect lenient treatment for it. If he was family of the victim or a close friend, then very lenient treatment may be justified.
However, I think the murderer should have been sentenced to death initially.
