Default toyota hiace 2000 to 200-17

hi there does anyone know of speed limiters for toyota hiace 2000 to 2017 petrol (gas..cng) and where i can buy them looking at some 500 or more for fleet of mini buses here ..due to the high amount of accidents here and people being killed the new rule in is a limited speed of 80kmph

(as a usless bit of info here most drivers think that 150 plus km's is ok the police here in my town only have old utes to use so catching them is hard)

Plenty of Aussies and other Internationals travel in mini vans daily to and from work sites.
We were driven from the Bangkok airport to the other side of the country (some 4hours) at night, on the dodgiest back roads.
Every hour or so the driver would stop at a bar(shack) and have a shot of whisky and redbull, his driving was noticeably faster after each drink
If u want to go on an expedition get a Land Rover, if u want to come home from an expedition get a Landcruiser!

this is why the laws are being changed to keep speed down mainly on minivans (mini bus) and they also taking off the road any minivans over 10 years old.untill drivers respect the laws here there will be deaths on the roads police do there best to control but are limited to what they can do..
