Default DLX900 with VoiceNav Code pads (Reliance R128)

    Hi All,

I am wondering if anyone has had any success with backing up the configuration of a VoiceNav code pad with the DLX900 software for the Reliance (NX) series panels? I am using the ComNav as the connectivity method to the R128 panel. Interestingly enough, the code pad is visible in the DLX900 software (module 192), but when trying to read or send data to it, the software throws a message saying:
    Code:
The device is not downloadable or not installed!
    Any thoughts on this?

I have tried two separate VoiceNav code pads, both with the same outcome.

Out of curiosity, do you know who makes it?

    Developed by Hills/Das Aus
First the Voice Nav then the Touch Nav.
Hills have the IP for the NX product in Australasia hence the Reliance range.

    Probably built in China
