If they are "imports", i.e. not born here, then they should be immediately returned to their place of origin, never to return, regardless of their citizenship status. If Born here, then lock 'em up.

Only if your interested in sport. Personally I'd sooner see my TAX dollar spent on schools, police stations (and members), hospitals (heck we all need them too), road repair (and enhancement). Lots more before sport in my books
