Anyone have or resolved this issue and which settings it should be on would be greatly appreciated.

Asiasat 5 .. C1V (3700 V) Transponder lost power since 3 weeks ago. in the southeast the 1.8m dishes are too small. 2.3m dish are OK but need some tweaking and a good quality LNB. for the newbies, as well as directions, make sure skew orientation is correct

In the southeast, At this time of the year solar outages are in effect between 3 and 4pm for Asiasat 5.

3700 v 30000 booms in for me on a 2.4m solid in Taiwan no change in power levels. However I've just put up a 4.2m solid on AS5 so I guess I won't be having issues with that freq any time soon.

3700 V SR 30000 had certainly lost some power the last couple of weeks - showing 90 - 70%. I am in Perth with a 3.7m mesh dish and checked the Openbox decoder this morning and the levels were 90 - 82%. Check your levels now B52 you should see some improvement!
