so sad to hear , and it shouldnt have happened.
the waste of space should have smashed himself against a tree and not affected anyone else. such a long history of offending and still he was free to roam the roads.

on a similar line I had to go visit my friend in a Sydney hospital , where there was no parking anywhere , and was shocked to see that near the entrance there were 3 parking spaces reserved for " meth heads "

I simply cant imagine driving around or even just parking for that matter and having a sticker in the window proclaiming I am 'Meth Head' ???
