Growing both Pot and Poppies somewhere around here now and reports are they have been so successful that they plan to double the plantings for the next season.

Maybe all the "guards" should be subject to a drug test. THey may have just had a few whilst they were guarding the plot.

    They 'lost the plot'... literally.

Having spent more than a few nights out in the dark with nothing around you for miles, you can generally both hear and see activities even though you cannot pinpoint exactly where it is.
Even a torch, let alone a headlight can be seen from quite some distance at night.
Now silly me would have thought you would survey the area in daylight and set up both stationary and mobile patrols to cover as much of the area as possible.
Surely after having the experience of setting up Radar traps that are hard to spot, (or dont they do that in WA?) you would think this would be easy peasy to catch any light fingered persons.

But it seems these people managed to remove what they did in the dark and drove/carried them away and not be seen....all in the pitch dark........... methinks much surveillance was done behind closed eyelids.

Funny thing is it's nearly a stones throw from the maximum security prison.

Maybe the prisoners have a secret tunnel out to the plot.
