Angry cannot find signal from vinasat. Please help

My satellite antenna was moved by strong wind and lost signal. I bought a signal finder from Ozsat to help with searching signal but it is very hard to get it. I want to catch signal of htv, vtv. The seller showed me how to use the finder. choose vinasat - enter 05150 - frequency beam 3569 but i cannot get the signal i tried to move the antenna very slowly but only find weak signal. any one can help me?

According to Lyngsat, 3569 is a feeds transponder.

You will not find any signal on that transponder if it is not transmitting program at the time. (eg: transmission of feeds is intermittent)

I suggest you select another transponder that covers your area. (You haven't mentioned your area) 3547 V is for HTV and 3590 V is for VTV.

In most cases, wind usually rotates a dish around on a mounting pole... rarely does it alter elevation/tilt, so (in theory) slowly rotating the dish on the pole whilst checking signals on an active transponder, should find it again.

If you've been fiddling with any other adjustments, you'll probably need to perform a full alignment.

It should also be considered that storm damage to the LNB, connectors and cabling can happen, but if the dish has just rotated on the pole a bit, it should be a simple fix.

Make sure your meter support DVB S2, MPEG 4
Use to get direction, elevation and skew settings.

If that's a C band Mesh dish, either it was very poorly secured to the mast or its been hit with one hell of a wind !!!
I am wondering if the wind was that strong, did it affect the shape of the dish or change the LNB mount position ( Centre Focal?)
Its not impossible that during the storm some debris has hit your dish and tests have shown that even the smallest objects can hit with quite some force.
I stand unequivicably behind everything I say , I just dont ever remember saying it !!
