Default ISO: dealer for bulk order [SA]

I have been asked to try and source a bulk lot of 2nd hand radios, for a project i am involved in,
however due to some requirements, there is a limitation on options for radio brands.

in short the following is needed,

12 radios at first, with possible expansion to another 12 totaling 24, in the future.
ability to add a privacy handset ie: telephone style, which may limit it to Motorola, but also include external speaker
    remote head option
able to do UHF CB, even if its via oob mod
either Astro25 or MDC, to allow radio to radio calling, paging etc

atm, i am investigation options for the following

Motorola, both XTL 2500 with 05 head or MCS 2000 Model 2 or 3
    Icom, either IC400PRO or IC410PRO
    Simoco, SRM9000 series
    Tait, TM8200 series or T2000

if we go motorola xtl2500`s or mcs2000`s, they will all need matching flashcodes
    mcs 2000 = 210001-104300-1
    xtl 2500 = 509208-101A84-4

at the moment all we need is approx prices, and suggestions on where to source from

We are located in SA, so would prefer local, but interstate will be ok depending on postage costs

    Thanks in Advance

Evans and Clarke Auctions occasionally have radios up, could be worth a look. They are on Torrens Rd in the City.
I'm out of my mind, but feel free to leave a message...

have used them a few times in the past, but now like allbids in canberra, and MGS who are here as well, you are up against
people with very very deep pockets, so really have no hope with them any more. (i know this as being trying to get a server
from one of them for a while)

those sites annoy me as people bid and win, then throw the items up on ebay for 100%-150% markup

thanks, will have a look at his site, and see what he has on offer.

i was having a look through ebay last night (until the sotrm took out my power) several mcs2000`s on there at good prices, except
they all have different flashcodes, and i dont have a s-rib to change them all to the same one
