    Default cm751b ?

hi i have to install one of these later in the week at a customers site and have not had the joy of doing one as of yet. normally use reliance and comnav or other alternative. its going on a solution 6000. it looks straight forward enough but the manual doesn't tell you didly about the app the client will use. I have heard you need a subscription from some other installers? is that right ? what app is it so I can have a play with it before I look like a goose on site. and help or guides or pointers I would appreciate it
    cheers austechers

Yes you need an installer account to setup and bill the customer.
The customer can setup their own account to manage the app settings

cheers secure found that after a bit of a search. seems a bit of a rip to have to be one a registered installer then what the customer pays a monthy fee? work are looking into becoming a registered installer as we speak. just doesn't seem right to me for some reason just to have an app on your phone. nvr's will start charging for apps soon

    Nothing is free,

Even a free app costs money - client needs to have an active internet connection, and a mobile phone with a data plan. Both of these cost money

Just look at what happened recently with the free Risco App, according to Risco, Microsoft did an upgrade and caused panels not to connect.

At least with a hosted app, you get support when it does not work.
