Comnav and Fail to Communicate error
As anyone had a fail to communicate error with a comnav unit?
It's a new comnav board pickup last week. Green PCB. Says MFD-17188
Connected to NX16 board. 2006 DOM
Also brought a new R128 to try and does the same error
Using UltraConnect app with notifications with iPhone
App works and can turn alarm on and off
Receives notifications ok for alarm events etc
The service light stays On and *2 brings on light 1, pressing 1 and no other numbers come up
In app it says Fail to Communicate
Thought it might be clients network or internet, so testing it at my place and same error.
Any ideas for a solution to error?

Hey secure I have no idea as to what could be causing is as I do not use this product, but could it be the comms error that occurs when communicating the a control room?

press *7
turn the power off and disconnect the battery
put the battery back on and put the power back on.
should clear the comm light.

I worked it out to be a setting I had enabled by mistake in comnav.

what setting was that
did you get it to work with the nx16

Working with NX16.
Under IP reporting I had selected xConnect, thinking this was needed for the app.
