If zone 5 is permanently on then it is not seeing the end of line resistor in the PIR. This could be because of a faulty PIR or faulty cabling. Hopefully it is not a faulty zone I/P on the PCB. If the LED on the PIR is working then the power feed to the PIR is OK. You need to ID the wires feeding the zone I/P (probably Blue & white OR yellow & green ). Disconnect these from the term strip in the PIR & connect the Resistor in the PIR directly to them. If the zone led on the codepad goes out then you have a crook PIR ( ie the panel can see the resistor at the end of the pir cable ) If it doesn't go out then it is most likely a cable fault. There are lots of other possibilities but these are the first checks to make.
