Default jade - jade2 now no network

today i upgraded from a perfectly working jade image to jade2, and now its telling me theres no network connection

its all setup the same as before, and if i unplug the network lead from the back of the dreambox the light goes off on the router, so its all connected just not registering

i updated the boot loader thingy to 70, tried numerous restarts and nothing has worked

anyone got any ideas before i go either back to jade, or another image that has freesat epg support?

    cheers

    dd

Have you tried Setup > Network > DHCP
Or instead of DHCP assign a suitable IP address to it and Reboot?
You can also try typing your box's IP address in your browser to see if that connects.

tried all that m8 i flashed back to jade, and all was well, so flashed to jade2 and nothing again, tried blackhole (i think it was) and that was ok too

    confusing

at the moment its on this blackhole image but i cant find fook all in the menus lol, and the skin is well wierd, but when i went from an E1 box to the 800 everything was new then, so i guess its just a case of learning it all again lol
