Default DM 7020 running two different services

Current setup DM 7020, image PLI jade, running as a client, one service pointing at C1 other Pass 8. Pass 8 service is working on a purple cam. My problem is when i switch to the C1 service ( channel with aworking picture) a message comes up " IRDETO ACEESS E 16 service is currently scrambled & when i go back to PASS 8 its ok ( meaning no error message ) . How do i get rid off that error massage without removing my PASS8 setup ?
    thanks in advance

is the c1 being run of your home server ???

if so then this is occurring because it is not being updated because the unit is on a different sat and as such no communication from the other sat is being sent down to keep it updated

I think that messaging was an embedded purple cam thing. A blue cam wont give you that...

    Using a 7025 LT5 with C1 off a server and another service in a Freecam 2.020

vk6xlr you are talking free cam not a purple cam as mentioned in the post. Your cam is the same a blue cam if freecammed.

True. I was agreeing with your post that it doesn't happen with a blue cam.
