    Default DM500 menu item: satellite configuration missing

    Hi All,

    Since yesterday i have a clone DM500 with menu item: satellite configuration missing.

    Flashed box again but the menu item does not return and i don't get the diseqc setup in the beginning.

    Gemini 4.2

    Any suggestion welcome.

    Don't use Gemini - flash with Pli image and it will be sorted

    If it is a plug in tuner version, check that the tuner is pushed home properly.
    Sometimes if too much downward pressure is put on the f connections by the RG6 coax it can cause the other end of the tuner to lift out of it's socket. There is usually a block of foam rubber at that end to stop it happening.

    If it's not the plug in tuner version... Well then you have a serious problem on your hands

    First thing i did is flashing with pli and nablio.
    It stays the same. Service searching menu item which contains the satellite configuration is missing on all 3 images.
    @ Fernbay
    it is not a plug in tuner version, but still check if all was in place.

    very strange it's gone missing on all 3 images.

    Like a hardware or software item not being loaded or recognized.

    I'm with Fernbay - serious problem on your hands
    maybe try loading the original image from DM
