    Default Starting up issues

Have a computer sitting here that was working perfectly fine, now all of a sudden when you turn it on it just stays at the boot screen and wont go any further.
its at the "press DEL to run setup. Press TAB to display BIOS POST Message"

But pressing anything doesnt work and it just stops there.

Unplugged, hdd, dvd, everything and still no good..

would i be correct saying M/B is rooted?

    Thanks..

Re-sit the CPU, up here on the Coast the Ram and The CPU legs get very tarnished from the salt air.

In case the Bios has been currupted, remove the small battery or jumper the bios reset pins, then try rebooting it and see if it put you into bios then you can attempt a proper boot, if that still fails then you might have a bad bios or main board.
