Yes it does it makes a small improvement but that’s all, After looking at it more it seems that anything black has the green ting to it. I pulled the unit apart today to look for any lose cables or corrosion on ribbon cables but all appears to be fine. Just wondering if any one knows how to get into the service menu then I could adjust the RGB values from there.

adobe, i used to know but have forgotten, put a pm to member "oscar" he's a warranty agent for LG and might be able to get info from them as how to get into service mode

green tinge in black, hmm had this before and it has been either the panel or drive on different jobs, prob best way is to get into service and set to try get black back, may need service remote from memory, part number 105-201M

It's very annoying as this TV only gets used for 3 hours once a month for displaying a DVD at bridal shows. I won’t be buying a LG again.
