frames from a video?
what is so special about this shot that you wanna create, am I missing something? because all I can see is 2 different shots merged into 1 picture.???
Photoshop.
Montage.... multiple 'layers' eg: several shots combined into one.
take a continuous shot most cameras let you do this then just join em with photoshop??
I've done it before...
Taken with a Canon 1000 Dslr + patched together..

A lot of the new Digital SLR cameras can be set to take multiple exposures of the one photo.

Yep. The trick is to get the shot in the first place. You can stich them together later. With my canon, all I have to do is set it to sports mode (pic of a bloke kicking a soccer ball on the dial) and press & hold the button. I think it gives about 2~3 frames per second.

Thanks for the feedback, but I am still looking for some software that allows me to place photo's on top of each other. My camera does not do this, so I need to be able to paste photo's on to of each other using software.
Any Idea's ? ..... Preferably freeware or something easy to get my hands on !
It's done by using 'layers'

Gimp, Photoshop, any decent photo-editing software lets you do this.
Of course you need some skill too, but thats half the fun.
Did you read my post? #5
Layers in Photoshop to make a montage of several shots into one.
As mentioned, there are other photo-editing software packages around that will also do the same thing. I think Corel has one. Photo-Soap is another.
It's not (legally) available for free.

Thanks Guy's...I'll suss it out...might try and track down Photoshop as well!
i've always had problems finding a source to download some 'leet skillz' to do try out photoshop
The most important thing with doing this, and acheiving a good result, is to have the camera at a fixed point for each photo eg tripod.
