Gps from china

i am playing around with one the gsp units form china and it has installed IGO8 and tomtom on the sd card IGO8 works really well when i fire up tomtom it says the made code doesn't match so i have look through here and other related sites tried everything to get it patched ...ect
but no luck i have even tried putting on different tomtom software and the best i can come up with a memory file error can someone point me into the right direction ?
also i am after oziexploroer if someone know a good link
