You would be better off to ask those questions in a Greek forum.
As we are in Australia, on the other side of the globe, in the Southern Hemisphere.
We can not see your satellites and can't really advise what card/subscripion/keys would be required in your specific case.
To try and help you
1. The dreambox has a card slot, but requires a correctly configured emulator installed that is appropriate for the encryption system used by the card provider.
2. No. Cards are updated by the provider via DVB stream from the satellite.
3. Dunno. Maybe in Greece you can. Here in Australia, we can't.... With the execption of the legacy Irdeto1 stream thats still running on one of our sats that carries the Remote Aera Broadcast Service especialy for outback communities and black spots that do not have access to standard terestrial TV reception. It can work using a PPUA file in the VAR/SCEE folder of a dreambox running Newcamd 1.6B with the HSN, Prov ID, PMK details extracted from a early legacy Irdeto1 access card and formatted into the PPUA file.
None of that is going to be valid for you on the other side of the world with different sats, streams & providers.
