    Default DM500 Schematic

I have lost the 30 volt varicap supply to the Alps tuner module.

Does anyone have a DM500 schematic.

    Regards,

    Regards,
    Phillip,
I doubt your ever going to see a schematic for Dreambox surface, due to the cloning issues over the box. Unless someone with too much time on their hands, decided to reverse engineers the box, and, generates one.
About the best advice I can offer, is go through the box's caps, with an ESR meter, and replace those that are marginal, with the same value cap. In more critical area you might try replace the (typical) 85 degree temperature coefficient caps, with 105 degree caps. This should allow the cap to last a little longer.

    Good luck

It's an "interesting" read that, the translation is awkward at times.

But nevertheless some good points in it .
