DVD FabPlatinum is simple and can be "free" if you know where to look
It defeats most copy protection currently in use on dvd's...so far it hasn't been stopped by any dvd I have thrown at it
It can copy the entire disc or just the main movie onto a dvd5

I'm with Phil. And in the odd situation where there is a problem you can pair it with anydvd and I've never met a dvd I couldn't shrink

    Cheers.
When I was a kid, I used to have an imaginary friend. I thought he went everywhere with me. I could talk to him and he could hear me, and he could grant me wishes and stuff too. But then I grew up, and stopped going to church.

Ideal dvd is another that shrinks and burns and that can be free also as mandc mentions if you look in the right spot.
I have learnt a lot more since I became a premium member.

1Click DVD Copy 5 is about as simple as it gets, however you will need to pair it with DVD43.
