    Default 10700 can't lock & Sync

    Gday People,
Done many searches - not sure what's going on.
have upgraded my lnb to 10700 but can't get a lock & sync.
    Have tried all skews.

    settings: non standard user..
lnb 10700 forall three - uncreased voltage unchecked
    22khz hi/lo voltage H/V

Sat find stats - optus c1 only
    snr 60%
    AGC 25 - 80% unstable
    TP 12438 27800 H

Can't get signal higher with different skews - in Perth

Manual scan - found zero services

    Can't even get TVSN

Old Lnb works fine but without new channels and satellite.

    Hope someone can help.
    thanks in advance

no luck sanity - yes dreambox 5oos

    LNB specs
    MTI AP8T2 Universal offset LNBF
    Range: 10.7 - 12.75 ghz
    LO: Low band. 9.750Ghz
    High Band:10.600 GHZ

    Some thoughts:
High band is 10.600GHZ but range is 10.7 on LNB specs?
Could my dish need slight adjustment? - is signal too low
Why can't i get TVSN - is it now on D3?
    LNB a dud?

    thanks

That LNB is a universal, not a 10700.

    Go 9750, 10600, 11700.

You are using a universal lnb not a 10700!

    LOF/L: 09750
    LOF/H: 10600
    Threshold 10600

The 10700 doesn't have a switching point. *If* the LNB was a 10700, the third box could have 00000, 10700 or 11700 as the 'switch point' won't be used to change the L.O.F.

If you change the LNB from 0 to LNB 1,2,3,4 - whatever, it will default back to universal settings without having to key them in

cabken's/osirus's settings are correct. c-bander has the threshold incorrect.
