    Default aurora blackspot map

I am sure it is in a prevoius thread somewhere, but my search skills are rudimentary at best. Does anyone have a link to a blackspot map for aurora. I have 4 cabins in an area that already has Aurora activated and need to get 4 more sorted. All help appreciated. cheers Pete

I dont know about a 'Blackspot map' but each company has a coverage map.
I know where I live is in an unmarked area for automatic activation which meant I have to go the 'Black Spot' declaration but I suggest you read both C7 and Impaja websites as they both gave me the impression they dont want new customers.
Good luck as I will be VERY interested to see such a map too.
As far as the ABC/SBS goes, they will activate a card if you live in the South Tower of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.

they don't like you to have access to this link. You might cheat to get it.

I got one that showed streets, but only for my town, half the town is in and half is out.
I was lucky by 2 streets(or unlucky depending on your point of view)
I have friends who live in the out zone, who cant get TV(without spending a fortune on aerials), but they arent on the right side of the map
Apparently they started getting tough early last year, before then close enough was good enough, not now.

    Remote licence area maps

    It's the yellow stuff.

Download the map sheet pdf for your area. It should give sufficient resolution.

The boundaries are defined by Census 'Collection Districts'. There are about 225 dwellings in each CD. This info is harder to come by.

Thats the map I found some time ago but lost.
But what annoys me is a part of the yellow shaded area in my zone has a bloody 5 channel translator service but the rest (unshaded) get absolutely nothing.

I would dearly like to know how these areas were determined.
