    Default help with lnb? problem

We share two austar boxs, One house has the account with two boxs.
We moved one to my house dish was here has always worked all channels.
Since the new channels come out I could not get all channels.

So we took the box back to the first house connect up found that we need to change the lnb to 10700 all channels work, back at my house we need to chage back to 11300 lnb and still not all channels work?

so I think my dish setup is wrong but what do i do.

Seems to be a simple change of LNB to a 10700 at your house will fix your issue.
They are all over ebay for peanuts.

While you at it, buy a dual outlet LNB (10.700) for the dish and if you can, run an additional cable down while your doing it.

You never know that one day you may want a Mystar 1 or 2 and they need 2 LNB/cables to operate.
The second cable doesnt need to be terminated, just rolled up tidily for later access or you could run it to another room to move the current STB to for convenience, like a bedroom or sitting area.

As dash said , 10700 lnb on both houses. Make sure the receiver also has 10700 selected in its settings.
