    Default dm7020 Problem

    Hello
Can somebody help me with this??

I Have an 7020 with problems with 13/18 volt, 22Khz and diseqc ,
if I loop reciver and use another source to change I can watch all chanels I want.
I guess tuner is OK, but maybe some problems on motherboard, I have tried search forum and web, but could only find info on DM500.

You have ONE LNB which uses Vert/Horiz. If you have 55 decoders hooked up to it and 54 are on the Vert channels and the Lonely 'one' is watching a Horiz channel, Then the Lonely wins cause 18v is higher than 13volts.

Look, just use one decoder (DM7020) first. Get it working right before ya start hooking (Looping) other equip when your not real sure on what your doing.

Your other decoder (in my opinion) is overriding your DM7020

Saintaholic, I think you will find the other he's using for testing to drive the lnb because the 7020 is not capable as it has an issue.

@OP have you measured the LNB output voltages to see if there is anything?

    Hello
I have only one dish with 2 quad LNB connected to one multiswitch.
LND Require 13 V and 18 V For Horisontal and Vertical Polarisation and 22 Khz tone to select high band. Diseqc is used for switching between LNB's.

It seems like I have 13v and 18v but no 22Khz tone and NO diseqc switching.

When I ment loop I only use this source to give 22 Khz tone and diseqc to check that alps tuner is OK.

I guess there is some problem with signal from motherboard to tuner module, I dont find technical sheets for this on web, so I hope that somebody can help me!
