G'day Cobber,
The symptoms would indicate that when you enter that TPs details, that you are exiting without saving the changes.
Your other TPs would work OK as you have not changed them.

Hi, I have a problem with one of the Tp frequencies from C1/D3. The frequency I'm having trouble with is 12358. DM600
After I scan it, all channels under this frequency work fine, but after I start changing channels, the frequency changes until I cannot view the channel again. The only way to get it back is to delete these channels from all services and scan again.
Refer to the screen shots.
This DM600 is sharing from a DM500 in the house. The DM500 doesn't have this problem at all.
It is really driving me crazy because I always loose them.

Thanks mate for the quick reply. I will scan then reboot to save changes and report back
Thanks again!
Unfortunately I lost the channel again
After I lost the channel I uploaded a fresh PLi image and scanned all and rebooted, waited a day or so and channels for frequency 12358 all disappeared again
G'Day Cobber,
This may sound like a cop out, but there seems to be lots of problems with the dream tuner/power supply.
I note that the TP has changed from 12358 to 12354 in the screenshots.
If you're not happy tackling it yourself, I suggest that you get a Tech to do it.
Now, if you use " Google search Austech Posts and Forums " with the term "Dream Tuner Problems" you will understand the difficulties.
You'll find that under the Search Button on the Nav Bar.
The top Box is the VB Search.
The bottom Box is the Google Search.
Sorry I can't be of more help, but there do seem to be a plethora of possibilities.

2 LNB on One Dish creates this issue as well.Earthing problem.

If it is working ,do not touch it
Thank you for your replies, much appreciated.
I do have 4 dual LNBs and two DiSEqC switches.
I will earth both cables coming from each DiSEqC (one going to DM500 and another to DM600 in trouble).
Thanks again.
G'Day Cobber,
You do seem to have overlooked giving us the full pertinent information for your set up.
Where are these 4 so called dual LNBs pointing?
Are they dual output, (H & V) Single lead, or Twin/Dual output. (2 leads from each)?
What Type / Model DiSEqC switches do you have? Are they "All Power Pass"?
This would be the critical part of your installation.
It will help us all if you can give a rough diagram to sort this problem out.
Cannot understand why you have not supplied this earlier.
Kindest Regards, " The Druid ".
Sorry for the confusion I caused. I didn't supply this information before because I assumed it is the dm600 fault, as the other dm500 works fine using same cable.
Please refer to the diagram for my setup.
DiSEqC Specification:
Diseqc 2.0
Frequency : 950 - 2300 MHz
Insertion Loss: 3dB
Power: 12 ~ 20 V DC/30mA
Power Passing: 500mA Max
Control Signal: Position + Option
Address: 15 Hex
LNB Specification:
Sharp brand
10700
Twin/Dual output 2 leads from each
This is the first reply to your problem.
Your answer:-That I'm afraid does not save your changes. Thanks mate for the quick reply. I will scan then reboot to save changes and report back
This is from a Dream 500 manual, but I assume the others to be the same or similar.
Note the last line.Press the green Option Button to save.
There should be no problem apart from earthing as previously stated, with your layout.

Ok, I didn't do anything different this time, I rescanned all channels after I lost the troubled ones, and this time tp frequency hasn't changed at all. I'm so excited, but same time I'm so afraid to touch anything.
Maybe I wasn't saving it before? But why did the other channels save?
Anyway, thank you very very much for looking into it.
G'Day Cobber,
It's always appreciated to hear that all is well.
The other channels would have been previously saved.
For any alteration or rescan it is imperative to save on exit. Some boxes do this automatically. Probably a good idea to save regardless of whether you have made alterations or not. Been there, done that.
