Hi I have just joined this forum having read this post it could be the answer to my prayers.
I need the firmware 3.15 but as a BIN file I have it as a EPK file but need the BIN as I want to change the firmware on my LG tv back to 3.15 to enable the usb hack.

Hi, I'm new to this forum and was looking for a firmware update for an LG 55LH95QD TV? The current software/firmware is V03.14.00.
Hi All, also a newbie to the forum, I have an LG 42inch led TV appears to boot up ok with the LG splash screen, the back light then goes out and I don't get any Audio. I can see images appearing without the back light. It is likely that I can get warranty if i can find my proof of purchase. (which i'm finding hard at the moment)
Thanks in advance
Those looking for LG firmware updates.... contact LG in your area/country and they will usually provide you with a link to download the latest firmware.
Hi again, I come back today with the same question as 2 years ago...
I have an LG 42SL8000 LCD TV and I'm looking for some firmware update because I get the error message "Audio format not supported" when I try to play some .mkv files. I don't know what the audio codec in the mkv container is, but I can try to find out if this is needed.
Thank you.
Hi guys.
I have a LG 47LS4600 and I want to update my firmware. I have downloaded the newest firmware and followed their instructions, but my TV doesn't want to update...
Will this solve my TV not showing tru motion?
Any clues?
I have tried 2 USB's devices, a USB stick and my digital camera. I can access the contents on both the memory sticks, but the auto update function doesn't pop up...

32LG30D firmware? I know it's old but does anyone have it gathering dust somewhere?
LG Australia don't want to know about it & where no help at all. Told me "no longer supported"
I really tried to sweet talk the firmware out of them but they were immune to my charms!.... I almost tried a bribe.
The TV just went crazy & it changed everything all by itself (it aint the same TV anymore)
It's either downgraded its firmware all by itself or it has developed "free will" ... Probably caused by watching too many Terminator movies I think!
We want to use it for the kids game consoles
Seems you've had issues for quite a while
This guy might be able to help if he is still around
might be helpful

I've got the 3.10 firmware master.bin but I can't find the install documents, and I can't remember whether it was installed via USB or using DTVlab via PC and serial port. I haven't done any updates for 3-4 years and my memory isn't like it used to be. Also I'm no longer in the repair trade.
But if you PM another user here at Austech and direct him to this Thread, I'm sure he'll help you if he can. His name is CHRISS.
Cheers

Yes I have been having issues,,, pretty much since it was new. I had a few switch glitches & a major sync problem in the beginning & LG updated the firmware back then under warranty.
Although,, to be quite honest, everything has been "reasonably" fine until the other morning when it just went mega mental (as described above).
I'm not having much luck with appliances lately as I just received a letter today from Samsung telling me that my Washing Machine- Model no: SW75V9WIP has been recalled because it may catch fire.
Also thanks mickstv, when LG updated the firmware under warranty the Technician installed it via USB & I will followup you suggestion to contact CHRISS.
Cheers all.

Thank you very much mate, this is just brilliant.
Like I only signed up two days ago, so you don't know me from Adam
but you & everyone else here who has replied to my request has tried their hardest & succeeded to be really helpful.
Very refreshing indeed.
So this is the one I should use:

There's three ways of doing things:
the right way, the wrong way
and the MaxxPower way
Which is the same as the wrong way only quicker

i uploaded all for that series tv because all in one zip file from LG and may help others to find the right file
MaxxPower (24-05-13)
I checked the firmware version that is currently on the set & it is version 3.12.
It was updated from version 3.06 under warranty in 2010.
I phoned LG support & they said that 3.11 was the last update for the 32LG30D??
So does that mean that this 3.12 firmware that is installed is not actually for this TV?
But then again, the guy I spoke to sounded very young & he seemed to be a little vague on what he was actually looking up, so maybe he was just confused.
