No luck with the editor and a search but the "added content" worked once I renamed one of the exe files to mobilenavigator, all boots and works (after setting the system config for 320x240) but I have no gps driver so that will be the next task to tackle but it looks awesome!!

Bazzle, I can't get a gps signal even though it seems to be set correctly so I went to the device page and got "gps driver not loaded message" and on the gps help page it tells me that there is an"Error loading file: i18n/hlp_settinggps.xhtml" so I googled it and it appears I am missing a language file, not sure how this would affect the gps driver but I guess it's square one in the process?.
Did it matter which of the 2 .exe files I renamed? - I tried both _2 and _4 files but didn't notice any difference in the operation at all.

My SDCARD got corrupted and is now empty.
I require the igo8 files and anything else mentioned from post #1 to get it going again.
However unfortunately there is no workin glinks for it in this thread.

can someone enlighten how to get an external tmc receiver to work with the china gps unit? tried connecting it to the miniUSB port in the front but it says device not supported. i think the usb port is meant for mp2, jpeg files.
I'm very happy with Primo (IGO9) on my gps but have noticed something weird over the last few days.
It seems to show the speedcameras intermittently. I travel the same road every day for the last few weeks and pass quite a few speed camera sites. Some days I will see them displayed on the gps and get the warning but other times it doesn't seem to show them.
Is there a plausible explanation for this or do I have to call on Jamie and Adam?

My unit starts up with some sort of desktop/dashboard view with a lot of icons including iGo. I can exit from this and go to the OS screen (WinCE 5.0), but I cannot get back. My only option is to exit WinCE, which shuts down the unit, and then reboot. It seems to me that I should be able to find the software program in WinCE to relaunch the desktop/dashboard view, and perhaps even modify its settings. Any ideas on how to do this?

I need help First thanks for all your help, I am using Igo8 with my window CE but there is bugs that when I enter street number there will have a little square blinking after the number I enter the little square seperate the number and I have to backspace to delete the little square to make it work.

Can you tell me how to correctly change road colors in iGO8.3.4
Per content seen on forums, I have gone into the content/scheme folder, selected and edited the scheme zipped file by changed the RGB codes in color.ini and/or 3dcolor.ini, and then rezipped. that is supposed to work .. but on my dynavin, it doesn't. The modified file/scheme just ceases to be seen by iGO8.3.4. Also, tried to mod the .ini file in iGO_ui, but it doesn't seem to change anything. I have been using the DIMKA skin and as long as I don't change the scheme colors, or rename them, etc, it works ... just not the colors I want. I need higher contrasting colors because my 328 is a convertible and the high ambient light washes out the screen. Can someone tell me exactly, step by step, what I need to do to change the road colors (and other colors) for IGO8.3.4 and/or Dimka Skins
