Seems a terrible waste of a 3.6 M dish unless you are getting other TPs as well as Aurora. D3 is supposed be beaming into NZ, but have not seen any reports as yet.
It would be adequate to have 65 to 90 Cm in that case for the Ku Band.
I can't see that you would need a 3.6 M dish for Intelsat701 as it is almost due North from you. Bit of an overkill. Yes, it is circular polarisation.
Perhaps a few more details as to what you want to achieve will help.
