If not logged in, it might take a while for the download to start, approx 30 seconds for me.

A simple in which you need to get 100%, or you'll have to wait before trying it again.

You've piqued my curiosity. What is the site about? It appears to be a cross between Dutch (guess) and English? Is it a forum for Dutch nationals, a file sharing site, or an electronics forum?

It is a popular site to download service manuals (which are mostly in English)
If you pass the test questions, which are in English, you can become a member and you can download 5 manuals a week (but technically all in one day) unless you upload manuals that they don't already have which increases your quota.
You can also change the site's menus to English if you are a member but the content stays Hungarian.

If you are not a member you can download 14 manuals a week and open the site in translate.google.com which will attempt to translate the content to English as well.

I will now leave it up to you to decide it is important to become a member.
Although It is fun to pass an electronic quiz

Edit: what it is REALLY all about is to recycle and revive all those good old electro/electronic apparatus and save the planet from comsumer terror.

Thanks for that nomeat. I must keep it in reserve if I ever need a service manual for something. Is it only electronics or do they also handle other items, like mechanics?

Everything involved with the servicing of appliances and electronics.
There is a car section but is only for the wiring and electronics.

I'm a member but by the time I find my log in, it's easier just to use the freebie download, as I usually only need one manual at a time anyway.
It's a good site. It doesn't have everything, but it often has rare manuals I can't find anywhere else, or that other sites require you to jump through
    20 hoops to get.

Yes, it is possible to download files from the site even if you haven't joined.

Read the whole thread, particularly posts #10 and 13, which refer to free downloads - no membership required.
