as my sig says i havent updated my tomtom xl since 07

and back then it was a simple copy and paste to update the map.

whats changed?

navcode?
keygens?

i dont get it

anyways after using that keygen 2009 and getting hundreds of errors and stress

i used easy activator which was pleasantly easy to use with complete success

well i thought there was untill i booted up the tomtom and saw the lovely message "no maps found!"

what did i do wrong?

it patched everything etc....

anyways the map i downloaded was Australia 845.2661

heres my tomtom details:

ok well i managed to get it half working
i updated the navcore to this one:

and now my icons are white and the tomtom is slow and it crashes

In the thread for the new maps I stated wich map will work.
The2661 won't work on the old 8.010 Navcore - so clearly your fault
The 9.025 was updated by the 9.026 but anyway ,the XL is a bit fuzzy with new Navcores.
Some work some don't.
All you can do is try out ,if the V9 won't work properly got for the 8.412 or maybe the 8.417.
Some time agao I posted a 9.026 Extra - it might work for you.

And by the way : it is not a good idea to post your serial and device ID

im going to give 9.026 a try as the links you give out are dead due to the link protector service being down or something
