    Default Wireless network issue

    Ok guys heres the setup.

1 x Desktop running Vista Home Premium
    1x Toshiba Lappie running XP
    1x HP Lappie running XP

HP sees Toshiba Ok doesnt see Desktop
Toshiba doenst see any other computers
Desktop doesnt see ant other computers
All computers and wireless, all computers can access the internet.

I want to be able to see all computers on all computers. Once this is done i am ok with the file sharing and stuff.
I am sure i used to have it set up properly - then i changed my router. Since then things have gone ary. Have tried some of the basic stuff but getting a tad frustrated. Any obvious pointers i may have missed.

    Thanks

hmm... just a thought, if you changed the router, maybe there is a difference between the 802.11 a/b/g/n?

    1. Get rid of Vista
    or
    2. make sure all are on the same workgroup
    3. have a look at this
also i remember it took a while for everything to propagate thoughout the network, but then i could see vista machines from xp and vice versa.
you can also try typing the computer name or ip address of another computer in the address bar in "my network places" IE: \\computername or \\192.168.X.X

    hope this helps

gavpk has sumed it up for you, removing vista is a little extreme.

The only other thing I found to cause me network problems is antivirus/firewall/security software.

    Cheers

thats a good point, try disconnecting from the internet, then turn the windows firewall (and any other) off, along with antivirus.... and just have the xp machines on, once the xp machines can see each other, turn all the firewall/antivirus back on, then introduce vista last. if only the xp machines are on, there should be no reason why they wont talk.
one other thing you could check is make sure the xp machines are using simple file sharing, go to windows explorer-->in the toolbar, click tools-->folder option-->view tab-->then scroll right down the bottom and make sure "use simple file sharing" box is checked
