    Default Foxtel Signal Amplifier

Hey Guys, i was reading Silicon Chip at the Library today, and noticed an article about Foxtel that you might find interesting. Oh and a question, the security code (0611) for Foxtel boxes that is mentioned in the article, is that public knowledge or shouldn't that have been printed?

Just shows how little some installers know or think for that matter.

Bloke probably came to change dead decoder and did the LNB upgrade to get the extra $9.99 for his trouble. Obviously only changed tth eLO on the decoder in that unit. The pay tv company is supposed to log that the building has had the LNB changed and when other tenants ring up with the problem the despatch can talk them thru the LO change of the decoder .

And the colour of the sky in my world is purple, B4 any one asks
