DM500 with Bluey

Hey Guys,

I have had a DM500 working for ages with a Bluey. But now for some reason some chanels just dont work.

Eg All Free to Air and some Discovery and others.

Any Help would be Great.

Has anyone got a Step By Step guide for config

Put it back into the provider box for a few hours / overnight.
It's just missed an update.

Oh OK. I put it back in for about 3 Hours and still hasn't made a difference.

How long you recon it needs to be in Provider Box for ?

Some channels were moved over to the new D1 bird.

These wont get picked up with a 11300 LNB. You need a 10700 LNB.

Make sure you have a 10700 lnb and do a rescan with network search on.

Yeah I've done that a few times.

Just tell them that you have been overseas, and the box was off for weeks. They will send a signal, you'll have pics in seconds.

Oh and do this while the card is in provider box.

As others say do a rescan and get 10700 lnb. Plus few more details may help shanesss - eg you are using 500s I presume? What's the subscription blue card - sat or cable? What software / emu etc on 500? What "fta" channels are missing (ie Aurora channels or normal 2,7,9 19 etc).

I am using a 10700

Channels like Channel 7, 10, and some other Chanels i think Lifestyle would have to check.

Was using CC Cam. with PLi.

Has anyone got a Step by Step guide for config i could run through.

Any help would be Great.

I tried putting the card back in original box for 2 days and still nothing

Well i actually Reloaded my PLi image.

Has anyone got a Pli Image that is working and i can just load up ?

Following on from this thread, im having issues with my dm500s running pli,
I have the pace box and the dm500s both connected jumping between the two with the sub blue card and i can't get the same channels on the dm500 as i can on the sub box, like channel v for instance, i can get on sub but not on dm500, i can get channels grouped with mtv live on the dm500.

Any idea where im going wrong?

what sort of "cant get channel" are we talking about.
it comes up in the scan with good signal strength but cannot decrypt
or
it does not get picked up in the channel scan ?
