Updating the cams needs no fresh activation, so the error must be in the way you installed/activated them.
Simply use the DCT from a working backup and you should be fine.
Thanks D.U Could this be the problem? > Safety_Cam_AU_Premium.ov2 DCT + VER + OV2 all have Premium instead of Tomom in names.

As long as all matches it is not a problem unless you also have the safety cams with the normal filename in the folder as well.
Although I never seens that filename for the AU cams, have no in my collection, but did not use new files in ages either.
The standard filename would be "Safety_Cam_AU_TomTom.XXX" -the XXX is the file ending substitue for the various files.
Dlete the DCT file for the cams and rename the files, use FastActivate to activate them again and check for a difference.
Or make sure you really got the original TT cam files to start with.

Thanks again, this was brand new in a unopened box. I connected to Tomtom home and got the latest map and navcore and that's it, backed up all files and this is it before trying anything.. but there is 2 VER files in there...1st is VER file 99 bytes 2011, 2nd Ver file is 119 bytes 2013, OV2 file is 15Kb 2011 and DCT file 132bytes 2000.

Hi again, done as above and no good still...The only error I get in FastActivate is (TomTom home profile DDL Not found)...

Just updated my tomtom XXL 540 with the new safety cameras 34550 (15kb) compared with a 2010 version that is 23kb. the newer version has cut out several red light cameras that are near to my location in kogarah NSW.
for example. red light camera at the intersection of princess highway and gray street not showing?
I know that a few cameras have been decommissioned and we are moving towards more mobile speed cameras so that may be one reason of the lower file size.

Good to have the update for the newer locations, but we are losing some obvious ones. I might stick with the older version.

Yes, but unfortunately the people who were previously posting them on Austech have not been posting them here for some time.
