    Angry Component Video Finished on Blu-Ray

    With the introduction of AACS Component Video will not be allowed on any Blu-Ray Player as at the end of 2010. Also new discs with an Image Constraint Token will restrict component output to SD only. This will potentially cause great problems with existing installations that rely on HD component connections and many disgruntled customers. Refer to this article:

    Not that I have blue ray, but my older plasma is DVI and not HDMI, so I guess that would F@#k up people like me?

    You'd have to buy a new TV then, at least thats what their answer is. Maybe you would like a 3D one
