    I think that you are right. My data.zip that i am using has 480_272, 480_234, 400_240 and 320_240 resolution files in it. The only one that works is the 320_240 the program launches fine and the TTS works. The only thing is that the speed limit sign it i little bit distorted, a bit oval. Do you know where i can download a 480_234 data.zip?? THANKS Preferably NOT Rapidshare as there is always problems. Tells me that my i.p. address is already downloading a file when i am not downloading anything.

    Hi everyone !! I've spent weeks hacking my Maplins AytoBe unit with every gps program I can get my hands on, igo8.3 works fine, TT6 works perfect, Route66 works but I couldn't find a UK map, TT7 works but still had the intermittent 'low memory' error, but I've settled on the igo primo software, works brilliant.

    But, only a small but, in none of the igo software 3d landmarks and 3d buildings is the Blackpool Tower !!! the Eiffel Tower is on the French map, where is our tower !!!

    I've given Primo a good workout last few weeks, Bundy to Brisvegas & Gold Coast and back three times, Skins Gjmpp1.10 & 1.11 and like them both but 1.11 seems to be way too bright at night or doesn't switch at all, not sure what's happening there, about to try 1.12 but I have found on the first two the on screen map covers about 20 km ahead outside city area and I'd like to reduce it's coverage but haven't worked out how just yet. It also displays a multitude of yellow icons containing a train whenever there is a rail line in the map, I have tried to turn them off but it seems also I haven't found the right setting to change. Can't work out how to shorten the red light camera distance from 750m to about 300m. Help appreciated.

    Also would like a manual for Primo ... downloaded the only one I could find on net but Kaspersky killed it as soon as I tried to open it

    Mr-Radio!
    I think you could add some lines on sys.txt and try, similar like this
    [power] ;forbacklight
    backlight_manage_values = 1
    backlight_manage_keys = 1
    backlight_max = 10
    backlight_min = 0
    backlight_reverse = 0
    backlight_key_timeout_BA = "BatteryTimeout"
    backlight_key_timeout_AC = "ACTimeout"
    backlight_key_ontap_BA = "BacklightOnTap"
    backlight_key_ontap_AC = "ACBacklightOnTap"
    backlight_key_on_BA = "OnOff"
    backlight_key_on_AC = "ExtOnOff"
    backlight_methods = 61
    backlight_events = 1
    skip_suspend_process_all=1
    disconnect_gps_on_suspend=0
    powermgm_state="0"
    backlight_day="100"
    backlight_night="50"

    [3d_config]
    roadsign_lines_per_screen=20 ;limit icon-sign on screen
    disable_roadsign_navigation_mode=0

    [warning] ;distance for voice warning
    speedcam_enabled=1
    speedcam_warning=1
    speedlimit_warning_visual=1
    speedlimit_warning_voice="!radar"
    speedlimit_warning=1
    speedwarn_alt_tolerance=110
    speedcam_soundtype_8=2
    speedcam_max_lookahead="300"
    speedwarn_alt_builtup_based=1
    pedestrian_warning=0
    speedcam_visualtype=1
    speedcam_soundtype=2
    speedcam_warning=all speedcam types
    speedwarn_tolerance=110
    speedwarn_toltype=1 ; absolute or percentage
    approach_beep_distances=200
    warn_distances=100
    section_beep_distance=300
    speedcam_snap_distance=300
    speedcam_max_lookahead=400
    speedcam_maxdistance_from_road=10

    Anyone else running this on an i900 Omnia? I can't get the damn thing to exit. Hit the exit butting at the bottom left corner and all it does is beep!

    I keep getting the message Content Error "global_cfg not found"
    If i look in my content folder there is a folder called global_cfg and inside is a zip file called global_cfg.zip and it is 370kb in size
    Any ideas what needs to be done?

    On the sd card you have other iGO8 folder or only primo? if has other iGO folder, add this line on sys.txt on primo for it not look other iGO folder to start:

    [interface]
    routepath="\\Storage Card\\" changes whatever your unit call th path
    skin="ui_igo9"
    landscape=1
    show_zoombar=1

    [folder]

    On Gjmpp1.12 there is a secondary menu facility on the bottom of the screen which allows the entry of alert points. Can anyone tell me how to remove those alert points once added .. that facility doesn't appear to be on the menu.

    I did same as you, try the ways to remove them, but still not find out yet, could be someone know how to do it, or have to delete save folder and restart again.

    I did delete the save folder but they appeared again. They can be removed if you delete the speedcam database .. bit extreme
