Hello everyone,
I need some help finding firmware for my GPS device.
When booting up, it shows a MEDIATEK logo, followed by an error message "Not found Applictaion! Please install it from SD/MMC."
Windows recognizes the devices and automatically installs the Windows Mobile Device Center.
Windows can even read the files on the device, it has some Windows CE installation that only takes up 2 MB of space.
Windows gives some more information: YFAtlas4 fabricated the device and the firmware version is AT8X0 6.0.
There are many firmwares in this thread, but I have not find yet one that is suitable for this device. Can you help me?
Thanks in advance.
O, I should mention that I'm not so well with the Chinese language, so if there is an English version it would be really apprieciated.

Hi all
@ pacoppes
Gracias
Update on how I'm trying to fix my MediaTek YFAtlas4 AT8X0 6.0 Windows Embedded CE 6.0 device.
I tried a firmware downloaded from:
It is recognized, it will install. After install, the device will ask for removal of the SD card and after a restart it will calibrate the screen.
When the screen is calibrated, I get the same error message: "Not found Applictaion! Please install it from SD/MMC."
Windows Mobile Center allows me to view the files on the device, even to extract media from it. However, no files seem different from how they were before.
I can reinstall the firmware again but the outcome is always the same.
Help.

Banned
I have a Car GPS Unit running WINDOWS EMBEDED CE 6, there is NO DVD...it has bluetooth\Radio\Rear Cam and Aux Cam support.
Chinese No Name but does say 7021G bottom right.
Info shows
MStar Semiconductor
Senicaonductor EWB 6.0
WinCE6
112MB RAM
Arm 1156T2F-S 600MHz
800x600
Heres a Pic:-
The issue is simple...the OS is in Chinese, the front end in English and works well for what I want and runs IGO Primo well so very happy with it.
However, when the GPS signal is reached the Front end Clock changes to China Time!! If you changed it back using the Front End Clock settings in menu its fine for a while then changs back to China Time!
I'm not able to find a firmware to it after the 3 days of searching.....hope someone on here can help!!
Many Thanks
Rossy

First of all read here, might be helpful:
It's tremendously important to know the correct ROM version of your device. And, if image's dimensions / bpp are wrong, you are overwriting parts of factory-default ROM which leads to unpredictable results.

Within the package was a user manual and on the first page he wrote GPS 84H-3.

Have a noname chinese navi unit in my 2008 Toyota Aurion - everything goes on music side, but sd card with sygic on, wont fire up, as execution path says Igo8.exe, which is not on card. How can I change direction of startup execution path to sygic/drive.exe.
I can access drive.exe, when card is in reader on computer, but not when it is in noname navi - any thoughts anyone?
PS - probably the main reason it wont fire up is expired trial? - "content.lic" reads - trialjjmrlvqx-KB703CEB1090 - can someone give me an updated trial date, as I have no idea what date that trialjjmrlvqx-KB703CEB1090 refers to.
Thanks ..........Burgla
chiskos: picture must have exactly your device's resolution(either 480x272 or 840x480); name it LogoG430.bmp
You may need a specially formated card (<2GB, FAt16) under WinXp or using a free format tool
RossyPC: you should look after the time zone setting; alternate solution: connect the device through Active Sync and edit HKLM\Time Zones\Default to the desired time zone, i.e. E. Australia Standard Time or whatever you need (see list of sub-key names)

Hello from Germany
At first, I don't need any illegal copies of any map or soft, only a little unbrick help ...
I have a selfmade problem and hope to get help please ...
I recently got an 3.5" GPS for only 5 Euro and played a little with it, it was in greek language, so finding german or english within the settings was a little pain
But I found it and played further, found only greece and cyprus map on it, backupped it and played with iGo8 with german map ... way better
I played massively and tried MioPocket 4.0 ... works but after playing iGo8 won't run anymore, so I thought, I need a reset ... nothing repaired, maybe a hard reset ... but how ? hmmm ...
Played with storage settings and found 4 partitions, played but after unmounting some of them, no re-mounting was possible ... nothing ...
After restarting I got only the boot picture from MLS in greek ... wtf
I searched the whole net for recovery files or maybe informations to recover but no luck
Is ist really dead ?
Please help me if you have some information, files or helpfully hints ...
Here are my little informations:
Device marking:
MLS Destinator 3855
At the backside:

Info from the registry:

"DeviceCode"="NVX225"
"MapCode"="iGONA@0610"
"UUIDType"=dword:00000003
Before I (maybe) bricked it, I saved some files, made a registry backup etc. but no rom dump
I tried to poke inside to find a hard reset pin and found some pin (connected to gnd) gives a black screen with following informations:
ReInit SDHC Controller.
ReInit SDHC Controller.
ReInit SDHC Controller.
ReInit SDHC Controller.
then it changes to a blue screen with following:
No SD/MMC card inserted... the whole screen ...
if I put some FAT formated 512MB SDCard into it, it changes to:
Initialize SD/MMC card fail...
ReInit SDHC Controller.
ReInit SDHC Controller.
ReInit SDHC Controller.
ReInit SDHC Controller.
At the blue screen if I disconnect the tested pin, I get the info imediately:
Update done
That's all I tested, no files to test the hidden "update" feature, no other information ...
Pleasy, if any one have some help, I would be happy ...
greetings, Claus

Hi all I am new to this forum need help identifying a chinese AIO I purchased last December (picture below). It seems to be the base for many slightly different units, ie buttons reversed slight software differences etc. the supplier is less than helpful but has confirmed its Win CE. Any help identifying this so that I can find firmware would be great.
