OK. I'll try a few skins and see if they work. Correct folder is etc/picons

How do you know this? I've been trying to figure this out for a while. Same dm and image as yours.

Sorry I meant /usr/share/enigma2 from post #3. Thats where mine are.

in a picon folder under that? So the full path is /usr/share/enigma2/picon/?

yep give that a go. As I said, mine didn't work, but I might not of being using the right skin. Anyone got any suggestions on a good looking skin, easy to read for EPG etc.

Got my picons to work, /usr/share/enigma2/picons is the directory.

Some are a little too big such as 111 Hits, which looks oversized in the little box. But apart from that, all works well.

Tried a different skin, all works now, picons the right size. Looks good too.

ok uploaded the picons into my box but even these are a little behind if only i knew how to change and swap them a little?

i tried with no success espn2 shows the how to icon the new lifestyle home dosnt have one at all any pointers as to how to swap and change picons??

if some one can get me a set of the raw untouched icons for each channel along with their service reference i'll ask licher to make a professional set like he does for the uk / european satellites.

does anyone has problems with this skin not displaying the picons?
or is just me.
I get the picons displayed in any other hd skin but hd glass16.

hmmm. no joy with 2.33 I have to do some more research.

p.s. underneath the info bar there is a message 'unsupported SAT: [1560]'
guess 1560 is 156 degrees.

running openPLi2.0

found the solution
the picons must be placed in

/usr/share/enigma2/picon
or
/media/usb/pìcon

wouldn't work if placed on mmc1 or cf like any other skin.
