Ok, here is the latest (today's) version of FastActivate which now includes the meta codes for both Australia v915 maps from . If you are only activating v915 Australia maps, you do not need a newer version that this:

yes... just use it in root directory and make sure your ttnavigator.bif is also in root

Or for all systems:
Unpack the new map folder to your PC,
add your ttgo.bif / ttnavigator.bif copy to it as well as the latest version of FastActivate.
Acivate the map and transfer the map folder to your device.

Hey guys, can you please help me with getting set up with this.

At the moment I have a tomtom XL ONE. My device is 8.010 (9369/080529) (if this is the info I need)
At the moment I have english and irish maps pre-installed - v715.1689.

Basically I want to install USA maps on as I go to florida soon and want to take this tomtom with me.

Ive read the instructions on the first page of this thread and will download the fastactiivate soon, but my question is - what USA maps do I need to download that will be compatible with my device and once downloaded do I read the instructions as in page 1 of this thread first, and then drag USA maps on to the root of the sat nav when connected to pc?
Also is there any way I can install the USA maps on to my 8gb SD card which will then leave my current english maps on the internal memory alone?

I hope somebody can help, it's just basic guidance I need and then i'll be well away!

Hi , am finally getting round to updating my One XL again , but the active links to FA in this thread all cause Avast to stop the download,
so I disabled Avast temp. and got the latest file downloaded but it still scans as a threat.

Am going to try the 9.170SE navcore since i see Lemonfish using it and would like the latest USA_Canada Maps (Trip) and the NZ ones too if any one has links thanks.
I have the Aust. 915.5074 map already so hope that is right ?

EDIT:
It would seem FA is "suspect" under a few Virus scanners ,though maybe clean after some googling around.......

I keep getting "File does not exist on this server" when trying to downloaad Fastactivate from Zippyshare. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks for your help.

Got the latest FA version. When trying to get my 915 5074 map up and running, I initiate FA and get a message saying "integrated meta.text is dated 01/11/2013 1:00pm" and prompting me to update the meta.txt, but I can't get back into FA to go through any update process.

I've used FA many times previoulsy and never had this issue. Hope some help is out there.....

Worked it out... I did not realize that you could select each option in the dialogue box. I had never had this appear previously in FA (see Pietu's screen dump above).

Hello,
The latest version of FA from Zippyshare is being picked up as virus from Norton and keeps deleting the exe file each time I extract the files.
Is it infected, or should I just try to turn Norton off and then extract again?

No, the file is fine....it's a false positive, so turn Norton off for a min and run it.
