    FastActivate ENG 02.10.2010 {1.7}

( keep your mind if you use patch system in tomtom you need about 20-30mb free space in device )

    1. Plug your tomtom device with the USB to your PC or card reader

    2. Copy "FastActivate.exe" to your TomTom device root directory for all product activation

    3. Run "FastActivate.exe"

    4. Done...

Note 0: If you get trouble running the .exe then "right click and run as administrator" and If you use Wince and mapshare crack copy ttnavigator.bif to ttgo.ori

Note 1: if you have a new meta code what is not in the integrated meta.txt dated (See in program for date of current meta.txt integrated)
and there is a problem with online update meta.txt You must put all new meta codes in a file named mymeta.txt and copy it to the ROOT
Directory or MAP directory too, always the same directory as FastActivate.exe
(activator works in map or voice directory too if needed If it run's from map or voice directory it activate's only that one directory )

Note 2: This program gets the latest meta.txt after press button "Update meta.txt", so an internet connection is needed for new maps...
By default this program uses the meta.txt file integrated (see file name for date)

Note 3: If you want to patch TTHome choose "TomTom Home" this works automatic and no need to search for any files just wait and it will tell you when done,
Also this program can patch ttsystem/PNDNavigator files copy FastActivate.exe to your device root and choose button "ttsystem/PNDnavigator" and it
    will tell you when done.

Note 4: If you are doing a fresh install on internal memory of navcore and map then you will need to restart the unit once after the installation of navcore
Before you try and patch the map because your unit will then generate the needed ttgo.bif file for the keygen to read. Also if you are installing to
a sd card rather than the internal memory the same applies you will need to insert the sd card into the tomtom device and reboot before you patch the
map so it generates the needed ttgo.bif file.

    Update ChangeLog
29.08.2010 - V 1.6.00 - Firewall could not remember program's path this is fixed in this version also .bif file search modified.

Doesn't seem to intergrate the safety cameras into my TT1XL Nav 8.413

I just made a post about this in the safety cam area.

Is this better than the KG3.1 or 4.1 i used to use?

Did you place the 2 cam files in the map folder? Then all you do is:

    1) Run FastActivate from the root of the device and click on Update meta first! It will download the latest meta from the internet
    2) When that's done, then click on Maps/Voices/Speedcams and wait for it to finish
    3) Click on the other 2 options, one after another, if you haven't already done so

That's all there is to it!

"Better" is subjective. Some people prefer to use what they're familiar with, so I'd say this is the fastest program because it's the simplest.

    Talking

Hi Guys .. I used this Fast Activator for the first time today. Previously I used Alberts Easy Activator and because it always worked well and it was easy to use I stuck with it.

With the new V860 Maps Alberts has had no problems until I came to the Western & Central Europe v860.3101 map. Alberts just would not do it. I checked everything, pna file, meta.txt, correct folders etc etc. Just would not play ball.

So I thought . . I'll give this Fast Activator baby a try. Got nothing to lose.

Worked like a charm first go which is fantastic. I think I'll keep using Alberts though only because you seem to have more control over what is happening with that. But this Fast Activator will always be on standby for the tricky ones lol.

    Cheers Mike

I used it for the first time on the 860 maps and works like a charm.

I will be using it from now on...Has to be the easiest one out there to use.

I just update my maps to the 860 ones on my Go 720. I tried using Fast Activate 1.7 but on the 3rd button a message came up that "ttsystsm or PND Navigator could not be found".

I checked with Windows explorer and that these 2 files were not there, so I copied them over from my backup and all worked fine.

Is there any reason why these file "went missing"??

    Thanks

New download link in zip file format:

Please note that some antivirus programs may detect this as a possible trojan/spy virus, but I assure you this is NOT a virus. This of course is quite common with cracks, keygens and the like. If your antivirus program detects this as a possible virus, simply switch off your antivirus temporarily before extracting this file, installing it, and running it from your pc. The same applies if you transfer this file for example when doing a backup.
Newbies need not worry about getting infected by downloading this file, as I'm a computer technician and I'm only here to help others.

    Latest versions 02.12.2010

    AutoActivate 1.5.0.1

This is best choice if you only want patch maps/speedcams/voices
AutoActivate.exe downloads the latest meta.txt from the internet automatically. There is no need to do anything, but execute the .exe file.

    FastActivate Light Edition 1.8.0.1

Couldn't get the cameras working. But not sure if that's an issue with the keygen as I tried another and it also failed

The cameras used to work....they just don't work with this newer map / newer cameras. I can no longer activate the MyTomTom settings
