    Michael,

    As per my call to (S******) today.

    Please be advised that I require the following by 5:00pm (close of business) tonight:

    1/ $1500 in clear deposited funds to my personal bank account
    2/ A photo containing the computer and all accessories as purchased with a clear shot of the registered mail sticker showing the address.
    3/ Another option to be discussed with me by phone on 04** *** ***

    I cannot understand why it has come to this point. Your complete lack of communication has resulted in what should have been a nice smooth and pleasant transaction becoming this.

    I have been waiting since the 17/09/2010 for this item. It is now 38 days since the initial transaction and some 32 days since full payment.

    Please also understand that this is not negotiable. I require this by close of business today with no exceptions.

    I will not make any threats other than to say that what happens from this point is completely controlled by the choices you make before 5pm today.

    I have been more than fair and completely reasonable.

    Thanks for all the PM's and posts.

    Hopefully the matter will be resolved today and no further action will be necessary.

    According to his freind (S******) he arrived back from OS yesterday, so this should be ended quickly now.

    1) I have been overseas and the package has been sitting at the post office. I only got back yesterday.

    2) I offered the buyer a full refund over 2 weeks ago and again today, which he has accepted.

    Matt,

    I am not willing to provide you with the item. I WILL provide you with a full refund. The item has been sitting in a post office for a month, and I was on the other side of the world, there was nothing I could do.

    I communicated with you via PM while I was away and offered you a refund, or shipment of the computer upon my return to Australia, which was yesterday. You opted to have the item shipped upon my return.

    Then this morning you start making demands, and accusations that have no substance.

    This was an unfortunate circumstance that was frustrating for both of us, but after this I don't feel confident in completing this transaction with you, and therefore will be making a full refund to you, as soon as I am provided with your bank details.

    I would have preferred to handle this privately in PM, however you felt it necessary to start posting in this thread.

    I have no desire to have any further contact with you other than via PM where you can provide your account details for the refund.

    Sorry for my 2 cents input, but if you really had this item sitting in the post office, why don't you feel confident in completing this transaction now, if there was any stuff ups it was from your end and Matt had nothing to do with it, and I think it's only normal to be worried when someone had paid $1500+ and get nothing in return.
    and if I was you, just to prove that you are a genuine person, just post the item to Matt.
