@hughdman,
I am still a believer in giving people a chance to do the right thing.
I pushed hard on the first day as my gut told me there was something wrong.
The last 8 days have confirmed this
Thanks for the support!
Get the police involved, It's getting beyond a joke.

Time to get the cops involve mate... or send someone around for a visit.
Cops wont do much. Do you have his address?
I'm sure someone on the forum will have his address. He's traded/bought/sold with a couple of people. Anyway, you have his bank details. The police can find out who he is and his address from that. I'd be surprised if the police did nothing. Theft is theft no matter how it is done. It seems as though Mundaym travels a bit (possibly for work). Any form of criminal charge can result in limited access to certain countries. eg USA.
Do you know which bank it is?
Thanks guys,
I figured I would give him until today ...
Just checked the bank ... no deposit.
Thanks for the advice. I think I may use some of it
Address / contact details etc are not an issue.
Matt
Why does he have no feedback in regards to this transaction ?
perhaps because the transaction hasn't finished yet
And if it never does ?
I think its safe to say its not going to be positive.
Your refund will be made on Monday morning.
I have advised you previously that I have no desire to speak to you on the phone.
If I get one more call, I may reconsider paying the refund.
If you were not such an arrogant asshole you would have got your refund weeks ago !
You really have to be kidding right.
I would call it "Obtaining money by deception" wouldn't you.
When you have been exposed for what you really are you still don't return the money back and instead you get on here and call him arrogant.
It's about time you man up, return the money to its rightful owner and appolgise for your wrong doings.
Actually there is no legal backing to this statement. if the police get involved, not only will you have to pay the money back. You will also have a criminal record and restricted travel. You have absolutely no rights to withhold someone else’s money without product or services regardless of the circumstances.
If this matter is taken before the courts you will be ordered to pay back the money and the court costs and that would not be negotiable.
Matt, here is a link to the find a solicitor link of the Queensland law society page; there are also interstate solicitors in your area. We provide details on interstate solicitors as well as Queensland ones. I would recommend you take legal action.
Are you sure?
I had a similar issue with a laptop back on OCAU.
Guy was dodging me, wasn't asking answering calls, relentless excuses when i called him from other numbers and he did picked up.
Guy messed me around for months.
I got his details for a bit of PI'ing.
Called his local police station.
Told them what was going on and the details i had.
About 11PM that night he gave me a call, he wanted to refund me the the following day.
Asked him to do it by 10AM + asked for 10% extra for messing me around for so long.
Surprise surprise, money was in my account by 9:30.
